Poor experience

The picture is laggy, the lighting is good, but I might not be used to it. It looks a bit hazy. When I want to input instructions through the chat box, I have to paste twice for it to show up. Moreover, I can't use the send button of the chat box; I can only use the send button built into the phone keyboard. Everything else is fine.
