The best idea to keep profits up and older players to stay

My dearest developers, I a Minecraft player of pocket edition Minecraft have loved the custom skins edition for years when it was free since Covid, and before this custom feature in Minecraft has been a free feature with no paid subscription. Now recently today I found it to be forcedly paid into a paid subscription. This feature I believe people will not buy because many people are kids and also due to economic reasons. I do believe there is more money into not making this feature a paid subscription for long-term.. I as a player will not pay for the subscription and by updating this into a paid subscription when it was free is kind of pointless. It would’ve been better if you made this a subscription from the beginning because to me this is a. Bad deal long term. I would recommend to make it a free feature again and make something else a paid feature something people are willing to pay, but also won’t be inconvenience cause a lot of players have free skins that they love, but won’t but won’t risk paying for it because it would be cheaper just to use the already free skins available so the save you guys money and cost on paying these developers don’t make it a paid subscription make add-ons to pay a subscription where you can add them on if you wanna add on a add-on, you have to pay for it that has more money into it than a free skin customize service that was free for the longest time and also because I want to use my skins I made because you free skins kind of don’t really show my personality. I really do want my free skins back. I like art or you can make a fish where people are able to sell their customize skin and have the profits go to you all
