Remove the Strip Lands and have the world repeat after 30 million blocks

In Minecraft, the Strip Lands exist 16.7 million blocks out from the world spawn. The Far Lands used to exist, but they are gone now; the Strip Lands, however, remain. The world is currently four times smaller than a world with the world border. Could there be an update to remove the Strip Lands, extend the world from the 16.7-million mark out to 30 million blocks, and have the world repeat after that 30-million-block limit?
