I missed the Mojang account migration, can I still migrate it now?

I bought the game on the MOJANG official website in 2016. I played it for a while and then didn't pay attention to it. Now I want to play again, but it says that account migration has ended. How can I continue the migration? I have the email that was linked to the account I used to buy the game.
