PCs with no third mouse button cannot proceed with the Tutorial

If your PC is fitted with a mouse with only two mouse buttons and a scroll wheel, the Tutorial will not allow you to proceed beyond the first set of instructions relating to movement and camera changes.

Panning probably isn't required if you are able to move around with A, S, W and D, so the checkpoint "Use the mouse button while holding Middle Mouse Button to pan the camera" should be optional.
