Named Wandering Traders Should Stay Forever

I think named Wandering Traders should no longer disappear naturally. If a player uses a Name Tag on a Wandering Trader, it should become a permanent mob, just like other named mobs. This would allow players to keep Wandering Traders as permanent merchants and create shops or trading posts for them in their worlds. This would also make Name Tags more useful and give players a reason to keep and protect Wandering Traders instead of watching them disappear after a while.
