Add all the mob votes that have lost to the game previously

So Minecraft adds the copper golem to the game, even though it lost to the mob vote in 2021, however , it is added to the game anyway after the mob vote, this is unfair as all the previous contesters for the mob vote are NOT in the game, leading to the mob vote not being honest to the players neither the actual point of the mob vote. so add all of the mobs that could of been added to the game previously to settle out the disadvantage of the copper golem.
