Sky colors during rainstorms at night are inverted in Vibrant Visuals

When it starts raining, snowing, or storming at night in Vibrant Visuals mode, the clouds appear darker than the sky. In reality, it is the other way around. Could there be an update so that the sky is darker than the clouds during rain, thunderstorms, and snowstorms in Vibrant Visuals mode?
