Remove ore ui or optimize it and make it editable by resource packs

Ore ui can be laggy even on a gaming laptop with 32 gb of ram especially on realms story's which is a part of a subscription you pay for. If its laggy for me, someone with a lower end device probably cant load it at all If this has been worked on for years why is it so laggy I would expect it to be extremely fast if it took years to make. I would expect mc bedrocks ui to be just as fast as javas(with screen animations turned off) but that's just not the case. Another problem is that it can not be changed using resource packs, why is that the case. I ask for ore ui to be removed entirely and the original ui to be optimized to be as fast as javas (Mojang can still change the look of that old ui if they want) or I would like to at the VERY least make ore ui able to be changed by resource packs and it to be extremely optimized, so people with low end devices can actually handle it.
