Add a new PvP version for 1.8 spam-clicking with latest blocks

I would like to propose a new, dedicated PvP version of Minecraft. This version keeps the 1.8 spam-clicking PvP system (no attack cooldowns) but includes all the latest blocks and features. Pros: * It can fix many bugs found in the old 1.8.9 version. * Famous PvP servers like Hypixel can create new minigames (like Build Battle) using the latest blocks and entities. * It uses a modern game engine, which can improve game security and reduce cheaters. * Adding new items into the spam-clicking system can create new battle strategies. Cons: * Connecting with older versions might cause rendering bugs. We may need to completely stop using version 1.8.9. * We do not know if famous PvP clients or major multiplayer servers will support this new version. * It may split the player community into two different PvP styles and confuse new players. * Large servers will need to spend a lot of time and money updating their systems for this new version.
