Happy Gast is too slow.

The Happy Gast moves way too slowly. I’d like to be able to enchant the Happy Gast’s harness—for example, with “Movement Speed I.” Alternatively, could the harness be treated as armor? (Like the Wolf Armor.) That way, I could add durability and damage reduction. This would make it less likely for the Happy Gast to die.
