In Bedrock, official paid DLC skins (Hello Kitty, Huggy Wuggy, Cat Noir) use custom 3D geometry, but their hitbox still matches the standard Steve/Alex model. This mismatch causes real problems:
1. Small skins (like Hello Kitty) look harder to hit but aren't — this confuses opponents and lowers their accuracy.
2. Oversized skins (like Huggy Wuggy) get the same unfair visual/physical mismatch.
3. Since these skins are paid, this is effectively pay-to-win — while custom/unofficial geometry skins are already restricted for everyone else.
4. This is inconsistent with Mojang's own policy: custom geometry was removed for regular players over fairness concerns, yet reintroduced exclusively through paid DLC. Either restrict it for everyone or restore it for all players equally with proper safeguards.
Suggestions:
- Scale hitboxes to match each skin's actual visual size, or force all custom geometry to render at standard size in PvP.
- Restrict high-transparency skins that make players harder to see.
- Add protection against coordinated report abuse before applying penalties.
This directly affects PvP fairness and should apply equally to free and paid skins.
