Bats (mob) gets more use

This mob that absolutely just lurks in caves doing absolutely nothing

    I agree with this, they are by far one of the most useless things in this entire game.

    They should be able to drop things like how other passive mobs do, like their wings to create new pieces of armour or serve as something to repair an elytra with, since killing phantoms for their membrane is super annoying.

    Or making them tamable, they could alert to any mobs or help in low light levels.

    Both of these options wouldn't be entirely useful for late game but it would be far better than what we have now!
