Allow Java Mod (.jar) Compatibility

Players on Xbox, PlayStation, and tablets miss out on great community mods like Cracker's Wither Storm because they are .jar files meant for Java Edition. Since consoles do not have File Explorer apps anymore, it is almost impossible for us to install big mods.Mojang should create a built-in tool that lets Bedrock Edition read these mods, or partner with creators to bring these legendary Java mods to console players for free!
