Elytra + Chestplate

i think you should be able to wear elytra and chestplate at the same time so that  you  dont have to keep switching between the 2

    YES YES YES OH MY GOSH YES I CAN'T AGREE WITH THIS MORE

    I'm sick of my elytra taking up space in my inventory as is and I'm occasionally accidentally switching between them mid-flight (thank you, feather falling :') 

    Plus it would look cool as, no more bare torso when in flight!

    I think you should be able to combine them with an anvil and be able to rip them apart with a grindstone. Combining them would cost one or two levels but that shouldn't really matter, considering when you'd get an elytra (after the dragon fight). But that would also mean you can't enchant them after combining them, which is no biggie!
