100 day Rollback

So I’ve been playing on this world now for about 500 days and this issue has happened twice for me every time I would uninstall the game it would send the world back over 100 days and I am playing on Minecraft bedrock edition Xbox series X and this is seriously making me lose interest in my world, cause I’m worried it’s gonna happen again. I lost my nether right armor all three of my Maces hundreds of hours of progress it would be appreciated if someone could reach out to me and figure out how to send the world back and how to prevent it from happening in the future Thank you for your time
