Add Slabs and Stairs for Missing Block Types

It would significantly expand building options if slabs and stairs were added for all full block types that currently lack them. Having variants like dirt stairs, glass slabs, or concrete stairs would allow for smoother transitions, more detailed builds, and greater creative freedom without relying on mods.
