Add some vibrant visuals, minimal for low-budget projects

When you sign in with a Microsoft account, there's an option to Enable Low Vibrant Visuals in your profile or video settings for others to enjoy, but be aware that it's only for those who Those who are already logged in will see that option disabled unless you log in. What this option would bring you: Shadows, tiny reflections, very low dynamic lighting, minimal brightness for ores and other luminous blocks like the redstone lamp, and the rest of the Vibrant Visuals would no longer be there because you It would consume a lot of resources. Minimum requirements to enable this option: MediaTek Helio G37,6GB RAM,And I think that's it :) I hope my suggestion is included in the next beta or update of MC Bedrock.     we really do need just some minimal vibrant visuals for those with weaker devices.
