"Run world in background" option for pocket edition

I want a option called "run world in background" with this friends can join the world without being actually in it this can also be used as an alternative for server. This will help a lot as it is very difficult to find a server hosting site which offers free hosting. If it is possible i would also like a control panel for it in game. There is no need to do that much change as people can join their friends world and there is a percentage of people to sleep to skip night.
