Expand the download limit of add-ons and textures.

I have a few different texture packs that with vibrant visuals are pretty big in megabytes and it says that they're supposed to be like 2 gigs of space that you can download stuff but for some odd reason whenever I go to download my 300 megabyte and my 199 MB textures it'll keep telling me that I need to delete a file to make space but yet I've got plenty of space on my Switch 2 and I just hate having to delete texture packs to download another texture pack. So let's work on increasing the limit size for downloads.
