Minecraft Uploading Custom Skins/Mods

I'll let it be simple and Fast, Let us Upload Custom Skins using Minecraft Websites since Java Version lets u Upload all Minecraft Skins u want , Same GUI As the Java Edition Upload skins but it has arrows where u can select ur slots and they are all Cloud synced across Servers, and Mods.. Include a Mod Section where every Single Bedrock user can Upload their Mods from Custom Mod Websites since Many People want Their Mods Across Platforms and Minecraft Bedrock is well known for the Platform Support so allow this if Possible since I know it may sound Impossible but it'd Really make the Fan base of Minecraft Bedrock users happy since I seen many complaints from Xbox Users they want to use their OWN Skin not the Character creator own Custom Skin. And PS5 Version has Major issues and Logging in a Microsoft Account Loading takes quite long I Suggest a Optimization on both devices Xbox and PlayStation, and Fix the Mouse issue where the Mouse/Controller Randomly stops working. If you Minecraft does this trust me the Community would be Happy .
