Guardians Age into Elder Guardians

Monuments should be like a bee hive, with the Elder Guardians as the queen bees. After a period of time where there are no Elder Guardians, normal Guardians would grow and fill the hole that they left, becoming Elder Guardians themselves

    Guardians should be made to drop prismarine crystals (which would replace shards in most recipes), while Elder Guardians should be made to drop prismarine shards, one each (which would replace crystals in the recipes). These items could then be used to craft the trident.
