Add Mouse Mode

Mouse mode is one if the main selling points of switch 2 and it feels really nice and it wouls be cool if it was added as a control mode, even if only for the cursor in the inventory maybe, but it would be very cool :D

    Tbh I'd like mouse and keyboard support when docked like in cyberpunk2077
