Lag on longer worlds

When I joined my 900 day survival world and put vibrant visuals even on performance mode, my frame rate will drop to about 20 to 15 frames per second, but when I joined a newer world, and I put it on visuals mode, it drops down to about 30 to 40% same goes for if I try to up the render distance past 12 chunks, it drops by like 40 frames per second.
