/attribute reconfiguration

This command is a bit difficult to use, the syntax should be cleaner. Along with "get", it should have "set", outside of "base" and "modifier". It could also have "multiply" and "add". But most importantly, I think it should just have a reset option that resets everything that has been changed

    Oh, and I don't think the current option for resetting works for creative mode. The block interaction range resets to 4.5, when it should be 5
