Big oak trees should be in the dappled forest just like spruce trees, they add block set diversity and more visual interest to the biome. Oak trees in the dappled forest display a beautiful yellowish brown leaf color that contrasts well with the poplar trees plus shelf mushrooms look really natural on them.
