Remove Biome-specific Music

Recently Minecraft has made it so certain songs are more likely to play when you're in certain biomes. Sounds great on paper. In practice if you actually have a build/project for an extended period of time, then you're working in a biome for an extended period of time. And you hear the same song over and over. The whole song will play. And pause. And then it starts from the beginning again. It's infuriating. Doesn't help that the newer music isn't as good anyway.

I suggest either removing biome-specific music, or at least having an option in the sounds tab to turn it off.
