Please revert the change that turned passive profile follows into mandatory mutual friend requests. The current system completely breaks multiplayer functionality for independent world hosts who have reached the maximum Xbox network ceiling of 1,000 friends. Under the old add friend technique, players could simply follow an Xbox profile to see and seamlessly join public Minecraft worlds. Now, they are forced to send direct friend requests that must be accepted.Because my account is at the 1,000-friend cap, I am physically blocked from accepting any new people. I have been dealing with a massive backlog of nearly 300 pending friend requests for over a month now. This system update introduces two critical, game-breaking issues:Complete Multiplayer Lockout: Enthusiastic community players cannot connect to my survival or creative sessions. Because I cannot accept their requests due to the network cap, my active games remain totally invisible or unreachable to them on their friends tab.Heavy Interface Menu Lag: The constant influx and unresolvable accumulation of hundreds of pending notifications cause severe lag across the Minecraft user interface and pause menus. Please restore the old profile follow mechanic inside Minecraft Bedrock. Decouple multiplayer world visibility from strict Xbox friend list limits so that communities can grow organically without requiring mutual network approval for every single player.
