Locator Bar extension to /team modify <team> command

Some extensions to make locator bar more customizable with "/team modify <team>" command.

/team modify <team> locatorBarVisibility ( Hidden, Anonym, Show ) -> Changes how locator bar seen from players that aren't on <team>.

Hidden: Players outside of team can't see locator bars.

Anonym: Players outside of team see locator bars as white instead of Player's locator bar color.

Show (DEFAULT VALUE): Players outside of team can see locator bars with colors ( As Normal )

/team modify <team> coloredLocatorBar ( false, everyone, onlyOtherTeams, onlyThisTeam ) -> Used to change color of locator bars to teams color, Does nothing If team does not have a color.

false (DEFAULT VALUE): Locator bar color does not change according to team color

everyone: Players outside and inside of the team sees locator bars as team's color ( Does nothing for players outside of team if   locatorBarVisibility   isn't show )

onlyOtherTeams: Only Players outside of team sees locator bars as team's color ( Does nothing for players outside of team if   locatorBarVisibility   isn't show )

onlyThisTeam: Only Players inside team sees locator bars as team's color.

/team modify <team> friendlyLocatorBarsAlwaysVisible ( false, true ): Changes how locator bar visibiliy affects friendly players.

false (DEFAULT VALUE): Things that decrease locator bar visibility ( such as wearing pumpkins ) affect player in team.

true: Locator bars always fully visible to team.
