Classic Character skin PNG option for console

Give Minecraft Bedrock console players the option/chance to put their PNG skin into the console. Example being that i made my own PNG skin and i realized that i can’t put it on my console which is my main way of playing. There is zero way(that i know of) to put your PNG skin into console so why not give us console players the chance to let that happen.
