My windows brokeded :(

My windows are glass panes, they were in a series and normal looking, then all turned individual and I could walk through them. I fell off my house, please fix, I don’t have silk touch!

    I have this issue also a way to fix it is to place blocks behind the glass such as dirt or frog lights. To fix the rest of the issue of the glass pane not connecting to solid blocks like wood or quartz mining and replacing those blocks fixes it.
