Add the peace treaty to minecraft❤️

Add peace treaties that have a unique texture that look like scrolls that are opened up and share the same mechanic as books and quills except: -they have only one page -they are dyeable -they are not nameable -you cannot type the author on them

  Sounds like you could disable friendly fire for people in treaties you are in. Brilliant for not destroying your teamate in pvp accidentally
