Is it just me or why doesn’t my Switch 2 hit 60 for with vibrant visuals

My switch 2 can’t hit 60 fps. I have every graphic subsetting on low or off an I have 12 chunks render distance. Clearly the game needs some more optimization. Also during loading, it only showed 10 fps.
