Add terracotta and glass stairs and half slabs

As the title says!

Yeah I know this suggestion had be made several times in the past, but this drop we finally got wool and concrete half slabs and stairs so it would just fit to give the other "colored" blocks the same treatment.

There is also a non colored terracotta and non colored glass variants, but these are only two extra slabs and stairs to add, so in my opinion this is fine to include them into the bunch!

The reason why I suggest this is: It seems to me that A LOT of new blocks could be added with minimal effort, while also fitting the theme of a colorful autumn this drop goes for.

  I fully agree we should have terracotta stairs and slabs at least as it is just as or more commonly used than concrete, glass would be neat too. At the same time, I feel the entire stair / slab / wall system desperately needs an overhaul, just from what's already in the update we're going from 64 to 97 stair variants. It's getting pretty excessive.
