Concrete powder stairs and slabs

If there’s concrete stairs and slabs, shouldn’t there be concrete powder stairs and slabs which would be another way to get those blocks (AFTER YEARS OF WAITING) (and don’t forget the end)

The physics of half slabs falling down and combining into a block of two half slabs when hitting another half slab should be relatively complicated to implement.

There is also the problem what happens if two different colored concrete powder half slabs fall on each other.

Unlikely the effort would be taken this late in the drop cycle.
