Dear Minecraft and Microsoft Support Team,
I am writing to you as a passionate fan of Minecraft. My biggest dream is to officially own and play the game, but I live in a country facing severe economic difficulties. Because of our low economy, the currency exchange rate makes purchasing Minecraft impossible for me as a 20-year-old student, and my parents cannot afford to buy it for me either.
To overcome this, I discovered the Microsoft Rewards program. For a very long time, I dedicated hours every single day to completing searches, quizzes, and tasks to earn enough points for a Microsoft Gift Card. I went through a massive effort to save up enough coins specifically to redeem Minecraft.
I remember that the Microsoft Gift Card option was available in my country some time ago. However, now that I finally have enough points saved up, the gift card option is no longer visible or available in my region.
It is incredibly heartbreaking to work so hard for months, only to find out I cannot use my hard-earned points to get the game. Since I earned these points sincerely through your official platform, I kindly ask if there is any way you can help me redeem my points for Minecraft, or look into restoring the gift card option for my country.
Thank you so much for your time, understanding, and support.
