Keyboard and touch control support for Switch 2 Minecraft

The Switch 2 is capable of an external keyboard and touchscreen. Minecraft on Switch 2 should be able to take advantage of the touchscreen, allowing for mobile like gameplay, and external keyboards for Switch 2 Minecraft should be usable.
