Buys: copper ingot, redstone dust, redstone torch, block of redstone

Jobsite block: Redstone Engine - when switched on, applies redstone power to all blocks within a certain radius (maybe 10 blocks?). Should be expensive to craft, for example require an observer, repeater, comparator, 3 pistons, 2 levers and a block of redstone. Can be placed in a minecart and used to power rails within range as it moves.
