Elytra+trident update

If you have a loyalty trident and an elytra, you should be pulled with it when you throw it but only while you are flying, even if you double jump so you can use fireworks to boost yourself, but the loyalty enchantment now has a higher level and the higher levels it has gives it more pull strength
