Light Anomalies

I don’t know the pattern but I’ve noticed when I go far away (about 7,000 blocks away) and teleport back my dark or dim builds will have light abnormalities like daytime light like the block isn’t there and it usually is tied to fences or walls I have screenshots but I was wondering if there was a way to fix that. I’m on PS5
