Wireless redstone (BEDROCK & JAVA)

This one is simple, and I mean for bedrock AND java, please don't just put this as some experiment on java only, basically there's a new block called a communicator, and it has 250 channels, if you set two nearby communicators (it has a radius of 50 chunks) to the same channel, the the signal input from whatever was used to power it (like a repeater but wireless) would copy over and continue to the other communicator, and just like a repeater you can set the tick delay from 1-4
