Add an operator tab, along with all the other inventory tabs in java ed

I feel like this will make mapmaking and minigame making 10X easier, the chat is so difficult to use on a Nintendo switch, alternatively, add voice typing, I can never talk to my friends without calling them, you know what, at this point the ideal answer is both.
