To whom it may concern:
As part of the global community that has financially sustained this ecosystem for more than a decade—leaving millions of dollars since the first version—we are writing to point out a critical disconnect between your corporate decisions and the real demands of players. Stop thinking for us and assuming what we want; It's time to give us something back that's not just a new block or an isolated mob a year.
The game is the best-selling franchise in history, but its current management is based on minimal effort. As the industry evolves—as Valve did by fully migrating to Source 2 with CS2 to ensure modernity—you ration content with lukewarm patches out of sheer financial convenience. The refusal to develop a Minecraft 2 is due to protecting margins instead of betting on a real vision, ignoring that the user base demands modern engines and optimization.
Likewise, the universe has an unexplored background of ruins and dimensions that deserves to stop being a simple empty canvas under the excuse of creative freedom. We demand a narrative-heavy product, a traditional RPG or an official "Origins" that explains the ancient builders and gives the world a real purpose.
The community no longer tolerates stagnation dictated by spreadsheets. It is time to stop deciding for ourselves, listen to the cost of the competition and deliver an investment worthy of all the money and trust we have placed in the franchise over all these years.
