in real life, seals are always cute and goofy
now in minecraft. they predators(polar bears) are in but seals are not
seals would be a great addition.

Spawn:
- Frozen Oceans
- Beaches
Behavior:
- Swims
- Rests on ice
- Eats fish
-OPTIONAL BUT CLAPS ON THEIR BELLY SOMETIMES.
Drops:
- None (like dolphins/turtles)
Purpose:
- Makes oceans feel alive
