Seasons (Togglable)

I'd love to see seasons in the game, however I do appreciate that not every player might want them in vanilla minecraft, so I think it would be cool to have them off as a default but have them as a setting in the game rule command list - like how we have "allow daytime cycles" and "allow weather cycles" I think that "allow season cycles" would be a much appreciated add by a lot of players so you can further customise your minecraft world experience to your liking.
