Cross platform skins, texture packs and add ons for Bedrock

I think there should be a option on Bedrock where if you own another copy of Minecraft Bedrock Edition you should be able to have anything you download on one on the other as a reward for buying two copies of the same game, plus it can help with the annoying thing where one skin slot is a default Steve if you have a custom downloaded skin on mobile but are playing on a console and can encourage players to buy more copies, plus I don’t think it would stop the marketplace sale despite what many think so in my own opinion this feature would be just a good QOL feature
