Dear Minecraft Team,
Please consider adding the ability to name and save custom-made characters in the Character Creator. Minecraft is all about creativity, and this feature would make character customization much more enjoyable and organized. Many players spend time creating unique outfits for Survival, Hardcore, Creative, roleplay, PvP, building, or special events. However, once several characters are created, it becomes difficult to remember which one is which because none of them can be named. Giving players the option to save a character with a custom name would make switching between designs quick and easy without having to recreate them. It would also encourage players to experiment with more styles and build collections of original characters with their own identities. This feature would help casual players, content creators, roleplayers, and anyone who enjoys expressing themselves in Minecraft. It wouldn’t change gameplay or give any player an advantage, but it would greatly improve convenience and make the Character Creator feel more complete. Even something as simple as naming a character “Explorer,” “Knight,” or “Builder” would make a big difference. Minecraft has always encouraged imagination, and adding this feature would continue that tradition while making customization easier and more fun. Thank you for listening to your community, and I hope you’ll consider adding this feature in a future update. Thank you for reading.
