Team color on player markers (map)

Players with a team assigned to them, should have their markers (on a map) colored with that team's color.

Add a gamerule to toggle this on/off. Because some players might want to hide it for some kind of challenge, or rule.

Also change the sprite for the item frame marker, since it's a player marker but green.
