Ender chest commands

Add new commands to clear someone’s ender chest , view someone’s ender chest, replicate someone’s ender chest to a normal chest/shulker, and edit permissions for selected players to be able to use ender chests.

/clearenderchest ["playername",@p,@s,@r] - Clear ender chest

/viewenderchest ["playername",@p,@s,@r] - View ender chest

/replicateenderchest ["playername",@p,@s,@r] x y z - Replicate ender chest to the chest/shulker at target coordinates

/allowenderchest ["playername",@p,@s,@r] true/false - Toggle ender chest usage

  ender chest slots are already readable via /execute if items enderchest.<slot> ... and writeable via /item replace entity ["playername",@p,@s,@r] enderchest.<slot> ... and /loot replace entity ["playername",@p,@s,@r] enderchest.<slot> ... .
  So the only thing not implementable using exist commands for now is /allowenderchest , which may require a command to control the in-game container GUI of a player to do that job but better
