Bedrock To Java Parity

Hi Mojang Team, ​To bring full parity with Java Edition and improve Bedrock, I suggest these updates: ​64-bit Engine: Fully optimize Bedrock on a 64-bit architecture for better RAM usage. ​Fix Desync & Suffocation: Fix ghost blocks, block breaking desync, and suffocation bugs. ​Full Off-Hand Use: Allow holding any item or block in the off-hand. ​Torch & Redstone Torch Textures: Update Torch and Redstone Torch textures to match Java Edition. ​Universal Server Access: Allow joining any custom IP/Port server freely on all platforms. ​Combat Cooldown: Add Java-style attack cooldowns to balance combat. ​Mod Loader Support: Add native support for mod loaders like Forge, Fabric, and Quilt to allow Java-style mods. ​These changes would greatly improve performance and parity.
